Visa Information

Information regarding visas for coming to the United States of America is available here. Please check this website first and early enough. If you need a visa invitation letter, send us an email to David Bergman . You need to indicate:

• your full name,
• your title,
• your institution,
• your address,
• your passport number,
• your email, and
• information about the accepted paper and/or your registration.

Note that you need either to be registered or to have a paper accepted at the conference (or workshop). Obtaining a letter of invitation from CP2019 does not guarantee that your US visa application will be approved.

If you are not able to attend CP 2019 due to visa issues, we will refund your registration fee if the following two criteria are met:

1. You submit a refund request in written to David Bergman including information regarding your visa issue; and
2. such notice should be submitted not later than September 15, 2019.
